We had a full house with a new member who is on the same level of speaking as us - still ploughing through disk 1 of the vocabulary builder. Next week again at Hazel's

First meeting with the Vocabulary Builder disk one. Michel read too fast to be able to stop in time or take it in so we stopped after a while and read from the booklet. Found it was a good way to learn. We all enjoyed it I think. Next week at Jack & Joan's again.

We decided after getting to disk 2 and "mastering" past and future tense to start the smaller language builder version of Michel's. This is a packed short cut of very useful sentences giving the sense that we may be able to use what we have learnt. There are no students to slow it down, almost too fast to stop it after he asks the question in English.
This is a new course and a lot cheaper so we will put in �3 each which now as it is all paid for go into the U3A funds.
