7th December
Myra's today on a very cold morning -3 degrees. But Myra had the fire going in the front room for a group, small in number as many had better things to do like flying to Teneriffe and keeping appointments. We played dominoes which supposedly helped out fluency of numbers while the rest played card games and I noticed little in the way of French conversation. Myra produced chocolate beloved of the French and croissants which I found were quite nice. After our feast we again listened to the ear worms once I remembered that the radio/CD player had an on and off switch.
