Totton U3A French Language Group

Just for a change we listened to another French tuition tape Pimsleur which does not use text and relies on repetition and gradual increasing vocabulary. It was quite good starting on disk 5 as the earlier CDs were too easy.
Now for a two week gap and back here at Chez Nous on the 8th January

Only four of us but it was quite enjoyable. We started a new basic course by Elisabeth Smith that is completely different from Michel's approach to learning the language. With the knowledge we had it was simple to grasp and it encouraged us to form sentences and speak out aloud. Mike's again next week.
